HUE Application Terms and Conditions
Graphnetwork Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), which operates "HUE," and See Em Why K Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") manage the operations of "HUE." Individuals or businesses wishing to open a booth at "HUE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") must agree to these terms and conditions before applying.

Article 1 (Eligibility for Application)

Applicants may apply regardless of age, industry, or location; applications are open to individuals and businesses worldwide. However, selection will be conducted at the discretion of the Organizer and Operator based on established screening criteria.
For applications by minors, a consent form from a legal guardian is required. Applications without a submitted consent form will not be accepted.

Article 2 (Application Process)

Applicants must complete the following steps to apply:

• Submit an application through the HUE inquiry form.
• Application review and selection process.
• Notification of application results.
• Appointment for on-site visit and display confirmation.
• Contract issuance (including a consent form for minors).
• Payment of booth fees and optional service fees after contract signing. (For first-time applicants, payment must be made at least one month before the start date. From the following month onward, payments must be made at least 15 days before the renewal date.)
• Product delivery and display setup (schedule adjustment required).
• Start of sales.
• Sales revenue will be transferred by the end of the following month.

Article 3 (Booth Fees and Contract Agreement)

A specified booth fee is required to participate. Details will be provided in the pricing table at the time of application.
Once the contract has been signed, booth fees are non-refundable.

Article 4 (Prohibited Products)

Applicants may not sell the following types of products:

• Any items that are not original works created by the applicant (such as pre-manufactured products or works created by third parties).
• Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other legal rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, and patents).
• Items that are ethically or socially problematic.
• Hazardous or toxic materials.
• Items that involve the use of open flames.
• Pharmaceuticals or cosmetics (unless proper sales authorization is obtained).
• Animals, live plants, or unmodified plants and seedlings.
• Unpackaged food items.
• Food products without legally required labeling under the Food Labeling Act.
• Items containing sexually explicit images or expressions.
• Any items that violate applicable laws, pose a risk to visitors and buyers, or are deemed inappropriate by the Organizer and Operator.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Organizer and Operator will appropriately manage the personal information of applicants and use it only for necessary purposes related to booth operations and related activities, in accordance with these terms.

Article 6 (Changes and Cancellations)

The Organizer and Operator may modify these terms as necessary. Any changes will be reflected after prior notification.
If unavoidable circumstances require the cancellation or postponement of the booth operation, the Organizer and Operator will promptly notify the affected parties.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Applicants must not engage in the following activities:

• Using the HUE booth space for purposes other than its intended use.
• Interfering with the operations of HUE.
• Violating these terms and conditions.
• Engaging in any activity deemed inappropriate by the Organizer and Operator.
• Allowing third parties to use or sublease the booth space.
• Do not share your designated "HUE" space with a third party ("joint exhibition") without the operator's prior approval. (Sharing within the agreed-upon scope after prior consultation is acceptable.)

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Liability)

The Organizer and Operator shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the Applicant in connection with their booth operations for any of the following reasons:

• Damages caused by the applicant's own negligence or intentional misconduct.
• Cases where the information provided by the applicant is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.
• System malfunctions or internet failures.
• Unforeseeable external factors beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer and Operator.
• Theft, damage, or other incidents occurring outside the Organizer and Operator's control.
• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, floods, or other force majeure events beyond the control of the Organizer and Operator.
• Any disputes arising between the applicant and third parties.
